What Is Human Design
Human Design is a new, cutting edge personality assessment tool, that provides accurate and powerful insights to help you let go of conditioning, connect with your authentic self and re-define the story of who you are. A synthesis of Ancient Wisdom and Quantum Science, Human Design is a cross-cultural, archetype system that provides a manual of your own unique nature, showing your purpose, strengths and gifts.
Drawing from four ancient wisdoms, Human Design is a unique system in its own right, providing a detailed map of the person you were born to be. This map is determined by your exact location in time and space relative to the solar system and star fields, for the exact moment you were born. In this way it draws from both Western and Eastern Astrology, however instead of dividing the sky into 12 sections, Human Design uses 64, representing both the human genetic code and the Chinese I’Ching. These 64 regions all carry unique meaning, allowing us to see deep into ones character.
Within the chart there is also a body graph, a diagram that is likened to the tree of life and the Kabbalah. Within this body graph there are 9 centres that correlate to the chakras. Representing the flow of life-force energy within the body, these energy centres open and close like valves, receiving, modifying and assimilating the energy. This exchange of energy creates our perception, awareness, instinct and behaviours and then flows back out of us, connecting with everyone around us. The original Chakra system has 7 centres, however in Human Design both the heart centre and the solar plexus have split, giving a total of 9.
Connected to these energy centres are 36 channels through which the energy flows, further modifying and enhancing the expression of energy into specific traits, qualities and abilities. At each end of these channels is a number determined by the 64 gates that represent the DNA of your true nature; your genetic neutrino imprint.
Richly layered with archetypes, Human Design starts by first identifying five main character types: Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector and Reflector. The intricate detail and story line is then further developed by weaving together your personal archetypes, drawn from many other elements within the chart: centres, gates and channels.
Human Design was first developed by Alan Robert Krakower, now more commonly known now as Ra Uru Hu. He received this vast body of knowledge during the Supernova 1987A, in a spiritual and mystical transmission that lasted for 8 days. During this “download” he received all the information for Human Design, including how to integrate the ancient systems, draw the chart and details for energy types, strategy, authority, gates and channels. Ra spent the rest of his life sharing and teaching the foundations of Human Design. Sadly he died suddenly from a heart attack in 2011.

What Is Quantum Human Design™
Karen Curry Parker was a student of Human Design with the founder and teacher Ra Uru Hu. She both knew and worked with Ra personally, also working for his organisation for many years. Sadly Ra Uru Hu died suddenly from a heart attack before he was able to finish his work.
When Ra first introduced Human Design he did so in a way that was designed to shock people, or “wake them up.” Part of how he did this was by using language that was designed to connect with the “not self,” conditioned self, or inauthentic self. In this way he was able to quickly get peoples attention. It was a powerful and effective part of his system, and also why it worked so quickly. It was Ra’s intention to further his work with a new language that he called the Awakened Rave I’Ching.
Karen has been practicing and teaching Human Design for over two decades and has been “divinely inspired and guided to do what Ra wasn’t given the time to do.” With respect for all of Ra’s work, she has taken the language of traditional Human Design and now delivers it with empowering, higher vibrational frequency language that she calls Quantum Human Design™.
With the new language in place, Quantum Human Design™ is more comprehensive than traditional Human Design. The new language is expressive, expansive, and empowering, offering a new way to view the chart, so you can tell a bigger and better story of what’s possible for you in this lifetime.
